Earlier roles
Before that, institutional research on both sides of the capital structure, credit and equity, with long coverage of telecommunications and utilities. That background is why so much of the writing here returns to cash flow, capital plans and the physical assets underneath a balance sheet. The credit research, telecommunications and utilities and infrastructure topics draw on it most directly.
